When will my order be dispatched? 

Orders placed before 12pm Melbourne time (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after the cut-off will be shipped the next business day. Please note, we don’t ship on weekends and public holidays. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

• Domestic Express: 1-3 business days. 
• Domestic Standard: 3-6 business days. 
• International orders: 1-5 business days. 

Please note, these timeframes are estimates, and delays may occur. 

How do I track my order? 

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress at any time. 

Do you offer in-store pickup?
