How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email. You can track your parcel through the shipping provider's website.

When will my order be shipped? 

Orders placed before 12pm Melbourne time (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after the cut-off will be shipped the next business day. Please note, we don’t ship on weekends and public holidays.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. While we don’t offer exchanges, you may be eligible for a return. Please review our return policy for more details on eligibility and instructions.

Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?

We process orders quickly, so changes may not always be possible. If you need to update your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your name and order number, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

Please note once your order has been dispatched, we can no longer make any changes.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please reach out to us immediately with your name and order number. Be sure to include photos of the damaged or incorrect items to help us resolve the issue quickly.

My discount code doesn’t work

If your discount code isn’t working, check if the following applies:

  • You’ve already used the code. Most of our discount codes can only be used once.
  • The items aren’t eligible. All our discount codes are valid on full-priced items only.
  • Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. However, if you have a gift card (store credit), you can use it together with the discount code.
Are all of your products for professional use?

Most products, excluding our retail range, are strictly for professional use and are not intended for home application. Please ensure you have completed the required training before purchasing. Always review the instructions on the product page to avoid misuse. For any inquiries, contact us at support@albaprofessional.com.

Where are you located?

ALBA Professional is based in Melbourne, Australia. We currently operate as an online-only store and pick up is not available.
