Shipping policy

At ALBA Professional, we’re committed to delivering orders as swiftly and smoothly as possible, no matter where you are in the world. We've partnered with Australia Post and DHL Express to ensure fast and secure delivery. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process: 

Processing Time 

All orders placed before 12PM Melbourne time on business days are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following business day. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. 

Domestic Shipping (Australia) 🇦🇺

We offer the following shipping options for our Australian customers: 

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days. 

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-6 business days. 

Estimated shipping times are provided as guidelines. While most orders arrive on time, unforeseen delays by the carrier may occur. 

We provide free express shipping on orders over AUD $200. For orders below this threshold, shipping fees will be calculated based on the total weight of your order. The exact shipping cost will be shown at checkout after you enter your address details. 

US Orders 🇺🇸 

  • All orders are shipped via DHL Express or USPS International.
  • Shipping time: 5-8 business days after dispatch.
  • Orders over USD $129 qualify for free express shipping. 

New Zealand Orders 🇳🇿 

  • All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
  • Shipping time: 2-5 business days after dispatch.
  • Orders over NZD $250 qualify for free express shipping. 

International Orders 🌎 

  • All orders are shipped via Australia Post Express.
  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination country, and the total cost will be shown at checkout after products have been added to your cart and the shipping address is entered.
  • Estimated delivery times: 5-10 business days after dispatch. 

Taxes and Duties for International Orders: 

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other fees upon arrival in your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. ALBA Professional is not liable for any additional charges incurred. For more information on customs policies, we recommend contacting your local postal or customs office. 

Lost, Misplaced, or Stolen Parcels 

Once your purchase has been lodged with the shipping carrier, ALBA Professional is not liable for lost, misplaced, or stolen parcels. For any issues or inquiries, contact Australia Post or DHL Express customer service for faster and more precise assistance. 

Store Pickup 

Unfortunately, we do not offer store pickup at this time.
