Refund policy

At ALBA Professional, we strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional service. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help! Please read our refund and return policy carefully to understand the steps and conditions involved. 

While we don’t offer exchanges, we do have a 30-day return policy in place. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of sale items. 

For returns, send a message on contact us page or an email to support@albalashbrow.com with the subject 'Returns'. Please include the following: Your order number and reason for the return. 

Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect items), you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Faulty Items 

If you believe you have received a faulty product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@albalashbrow.com. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
